After a well earned break we are now open for the 2025 season. All the silver and brass has been polished, paintwork touched up, windows cleaned and rooms fully Spring cleaned.
To celebrate we have launched a Spring offer of a 15% discount for all new bookings in March & April and are hoping that we will start the season by seeing many of our regular guests. We have regrettably had to raise our prices by 4-5% due to increased cost of just about everything, however, we are trying our best to protect our guests by continuing to offer an exclusive 10% discount for all direct bookings throughout the year.
We have compiled a list of must see events in Wells over the next few months and looking at ways, including through this blog, of sharing them with anyone who might be considering coming to stay with us. We would love to hear from you if we have missed anything that we really ought to be publicising.
Finally a quick mention of our reviews. We have achieved 5/5 on our own site (Eviivo), 5/5 on Trip Advisor, and have just been upgraded to 9.8/10 on Booking.com. We would like to thank all of our guests who have been kind enough to post reviews for us. We unfortunately do not have enough time in the day to respond to reviews, but we would like you to know that we read them all and they definitely help prospective guests decide whether we are the sort of hotel they would like to stay at. More than anything we find that the positive feedback gives us all a real boost and helps us keep doing what we all love so much.
